Terms of Service

These terms describe what WhatFits is, what you can expect from us, and what we need from you. We've tried to keep this plain and honest.

The service

WhatFits is a task management app for people with fluctuating energy — chronic illness, disability, and neurodivergence. It helps you plan around your actual capacity. It is a subscription service at $8/month after your trial period ends.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person.
• You must be 13 or older to use WhatFits.

What you can expect from us

• We'll keep the app running with reasonable care.
• We won't sell your data. (See our Privacy Policy.)
• We'll give you advance notice before any material changes to these terms or pricing.
• If we ever need to close WhatFits entirely, we'll give you time to export your data first.

Subscription and billing

• $8/month after your trial. No surprises.
• You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing.
• After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
• We don't offer refunds for partial months as a general policy, but if something went wrong on our end, reach out and we'll sort it out.

Your data

• Your data is yours.
• You can export it any time from Settings → Data & Privacy.
• After cancellation, we keep your data for 90 days, then delete it.
• If you delete your account, your data is deleted immediately.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Try to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use WhatFits to harm others.
• Attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the service.

Termination

You can cancel any time — no forms, no hoops, just Settings → Billing.

We may terminate accounts that seriously violate these terms. We'll give notice where practical and won't terminate without cause.

Limitations

WhatFits is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running well, but we can't guarantee it'll always be available or error-free. Our liability for anything that goes wrong is limited to what you paid us in the past three months.

Governing law

WhatFits is hosted in Finland. Where applicable, your use of WhatFits is subject to EU law including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our Privacy Policy for details on your data rights.
